The Billboard Music Awards magenta carpet might be strikingly different from what we’ve seen so far at?Cannes Film Festival??but it’s certainly interesting – think 71 year old Cher looking?fabulous in a blonde wig with hot pink tips wearing nipple pasties under a’sheer diamante dress. The carpet was filled with outrageous textures and silhouettes.
Drake won 13 awards and surpassed?Adele’s mark as the artist with the most BBMA wins in one night, but looked the most excited when he met Celine Dion. Host Vanessa Hudgens changed into a million fabulous outfits, everyone cried when Celine Dion performed My Heart Will Go On,?Cher performed, covered in diamonds, Miley Cyrus performed in a most un-Miley Cyrus way and BTS, the first K-Pop band to ever be nominated in the Billboard Music Awards, won the Top Social Artist award for their socially conscious lyrics.
