Apple Pie Martini, Perhaps?

While we love some comforting apple pie these wintry evenings, this grown-up dessert cocktail is tonight’s calling card. Thanks to the folks at Opium on Dublin’s Wexford Street we’re craving this whiskey and apple juice combination.

Ingredients

50ml Fire Eater Whiskey

25ml Lime Juice

40ml Pressed Apple Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup

Method

Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker add some crushed ice with ice. Give it a good shake. Pour into martini glass. Garnish with a ciniamon stick and lime rind. Cheers!
