The perfect prize for any health and fitness fanatic, a weekend at WellFest will leave you feeling inspired, motivated and charged full of energy.

Each summer, Europe’s largest health, fitness and wellness festival takes place in IMMA at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham, Dublin — leaving its attendees rosy-cheeked, refreshed and revitalised on their fitness journey.

WellFest takes place from May 10-11 this year, and has just released their best line-up yet. The headliners include long-time personal trainer to the Kardashians, DB DONAMATRIX, Get Better With Chris, Em The Nutritionist, Irish Olympian Nadia Power and many more.

The festival features over 150 fitness, health and wellness experts across more than 15 stages, tapping into all aspects of health from nutrition and fitness to mental health and medical myth-busting. There will be heart-pumping exercise routines to follow along with, zen yoga sessions to calm the senses, and a vast array of food stalls and trucks to refuel as needed.

More highlights on this year’s line-up include Kevin Twomey, co-host of the I’m Grand Mam podcast, who will be bringing his signature high-energy vibes to WellSpin with his electrifying indoor cycling class Pure Ride. Founder of Sober Girl Society Millie Gooch will take to the WellTalk stage sparking open and honest conversations around sobriety, sober curiosity, addiction and mental health.

Elsewhere, Dr Karan Rajan, a general surgeon and one of the world’s biggest health and science social creators, will deliver refreshingly frank medical myth-busting and health insights during the festival. There’ll also be fitness classes led by leading Irish and international trainers including body-positive intuitive movement fitness coach Tally Rye, medical doctor meets Nike yoga trainer Dr Rebekah Jade, and WellFest favourites POUND and Zumba with Hermann Melo.
