We’ve got tickets to the preview screening of JLo’s new film

Jennifer Lopez and Charlyne Yi star in SECOND ACT.

We’ve got tickets to the preview screening of JLo’s new film

Jennifer Lopez has enjoyed much success in the romantic comedy arena, and now she returns to the genre a little older and wiser as Value Shop assistant manager Maya Vargas in STX International’s Second Act, directed by Peter Segal (Get Smart, 50 First Dates). Maya is 43 and wants a promotion, but while her experience makes her perfect for the job, her CV doesn’t exactly scream upper management and the position is given to a college-educated candidate. She then sets out to prove herself, and that street smarts are just as important as a degree. It’s JLo as we know and love her, and the perfect antidote to the January blues.

Watch the trailer here.

And we’ve got tickets to a special preview screening in Dublin city centre on Thursday, January 17 to give to just a few lucky winners. Not only will you see the film ahead of its release on January 25, but you’ll also attend the welcome drinks reception complete with treats from Offbeat Donuts and Inglot Cosmetics. For your chance to win, fill out the form below by midnight on Monday, January 14. Winners will be notified by Monday evening.

Second Act, CERT 12A, hits Irish cinemas on January 25.
