Margaret Atwood’s new novel, The Testaments, is released globally next week and we have one copy plus a special edition of The Handmaid’s Tale to give one lucky IMAGE.ie reader.
It’s already shortlisted for the Booker Prize, and it hasn’t even been released yet. The Testaments – Margaret Atwood’s anticipated sequel to The Handmaid’s Tale, which made the Booker shortlist in 1986 – is the 2019 book Atwood fans have been waiting for, for more than three decades.
The action starts 15 years after Offred’s final scene in The Handmaid’s Tale, the moment when the van door slams and she steps out into the unknown, and features the explosive testaments from three female narrators from Gilead.
The Testaments (Chatto & Windus, approx €22) is released globally on September 10, and we have one copy of the new book, plus a special hardback edition of The Handmaid’s Tale to give one lucky (and literature-loving) IMAGE.ie reader. For your chance to win this exclusive prize, fill out the form below by midnight on Thursday, September 5. The winner will be notified by September 9, and the books will be sent on the day of publication, September 10.
