IMAGE Media is looking for four new members to join the team – an Account Executive, Account Manager, Marketing Account Executive and IMAGE Business Club Membership Manager.
At IMAGE, we are all about big ideas and content with purpose. We apply magazine thinking to our branded content studio, creating and executing partnerships and collaborations with style and substance. And not only do we create, curate and craft standard-setting content, but we have the established and engaged media channels to publish, broadcast and target that content to a combined audience of one million people a month.

Account Manager
Responsibilities
- Owning the advertising target on IMAGE magazine to ensure it is achieved in full, on time, every issue
- Selling to an existing client base and building a portfolio of new clients
- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure they are regularly kept abreast of what is happening with IMAGE and always receive gold standard service
- Manage the advertising process on IMAGE from an internal administrative perspective to ensure that all ad slots are booked on time while maintaining the high luxury standard of the magazine from a creative perspective
- Arranging calls and liaising with clients to understand their requirements
- Proactively up selling to client base
- Ensure customer satisfaction, build and maintain strong relationships
- Work with the editorial team on features lists and activities within the magazine and communicate this to clients and advertisers
- Use market information including competitor analysis as a sales tool
- Keep clients informed of relevant marketing campaigns throughout the year i.e. – special cover price offers, subs offers, ad campaigns, brand extensions, cross-promotion, etc
- Create regular ezines and mail shots to send to all clients and advertisers
- Report to the CRO
Skills & Experience Required
- A proven track record in achieving targets on time
- Have an understanding and experience in working with media planners & buyers at all levels
- Ability to work on own initiative while also being a strong team player
- Strong interpersonal, time management & organisational skills

Account Executive
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that personal revenue targets are met and exceeded
- Take full responsibility and ownership of each sale you make and client you are looking after from initial sale to delivery of the campaign
- Selling to an existing client base and building a portfolio of new clients
- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure they are regularly kept abreast of what is happening with IMAGE and always receive gold standard service
- Proactively pitch briefs/deals in advance to clients to ensure a healthy future pipeline at all times
- Creating an environment of creativity and excellence in all you do
- Build a strong working relationship with the Internal team
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the industry and our competitors across the board, keep up to speed on emerging trends or changes to the advertising landscape
- Adopt a strong communication strategy throughout the department and organisation.

Marketing Account Executive
What You’ll Do:
The successful candidate will assist with all activities in the lead-up to, and after events, and in all aspects of client management on branded partnership campaigns. See the full job summary below:
MARKETING & EVENTS
- Support the Events & Partnerships Director in all aspects of the role
- Creating, coordinating & executing successful IMAGE first events plus Branded Partnership events within the IMAGE portfolio on time, on target and brand
- Virtual Events: Manage and organise all event details – client management, ideation, host, speakers, brand promotional assets (editorial/social/ezines), ticketing (ticket tailor), pre-recording (zoom), video edits (art team), setting live, follow up surveys, analysis of results
- Live Events: Manage and organise all event details such as client management, ideation, decor, catering, entertainment, location, ticketing, invitee list, goody bags, prizes, AV, promotional assets, etc ensuring events are executed at a standard of excellence
- Work & deliver on set budgets and ensure adherence
- Execute all event promotions, across all channels, to ensure the audience is reached, KPIs are met & sales are maximised
- Assist in growing our Business vertical by; promoting and maintaining the IMAGE Business Club (and the bi-monthly Business Club events)
- Support reader revenue and subscriptions model with client management of gifting partners and incentives offers
BRANDED PARTNERSHIPS
- Support Head of Branded Content in all aspects of the role
- Manage & execute 360 branded partnerships to IMAGE client service standards of excellence
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Planning, developing, monitoring and executing original branded content as part of a team for clients, across multiple platforms events, video, social, digital and print
- Nurture and grow relationships with existing clients and approach all campaigns to receive recurring bookings/briefs to ensure client retention and relationship development
- Attend client meetings and take action items at them and ensure executed post meeting
- Act as a process guardian to ensure all due diligence is carried out before a campaign is set live
- Experience with Google Analytics, and Google Ads preferred.
DUAL DEPARTMENT:
- Manage campaign/event deadlines effectively and meet agreed go-live dates
- Ensure quality checks and seamless event/campaign management – attention to detail is vital
- Act as a solutions provider and work collaboratively with all internal departments – Commercial / Editorial / Events / Digital / Production
- Manage IMAGE e-zine sends for branded partners on Active Campaign (artwork, segmentation, scheduling, analysis)
- Work to set KPIs and targets and report against them
What You Need To Have:
- Proven 3+ years of work experience within any of the below areas; Marketing/Events/Branded Partnerships/Advertising/Creative Agency/Client Account Management
- Demonstrable ability to communicate with and influence key stakeholders
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA degree in business or similar
IMAGE Business Club Membership Manager
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for generating all revenue associated with memberships and securing monthly targets on time through:
- Driving corporate Business Club conversions by creating B2C strategies, plans and initiatives to generate, maintain and grow the IMAGE Business Club membership
- Nurturing current Business Club members and liaising with potential new members daily
- Identifying corporate on-brand partners for discounts and rewards for members
- Utilising a professional network of contacts to generate awareness of the IMAGE Business Club and subscription offering
- Conducting research into brands and organisations with VIP client bases for membership outreach activities
- Managing and monitoring conversion strategy with the IMAGE subscription team as the main lead on weekly conversion calls
- Ensuring targets are monitored and work to achieve EOY target across all subscription and membership packages
- Analytically assessing conversions approach and testing and learning across new initiatives
- Creating monthly reports across all subscription and membership packages
- Reporting to the CRO and working closely with the CEO
Skills & Experience Required
- A proven track record in achieving targets on time
- Experience in either membership/partner sales and/or client account management
- Ability to work on own initiative while also being a strong team player
- Strong sales, time-management and organisational skills
