Social Pictures: The Dublin premiere of Irish comedy ‘Apocalypse Clown’

Ireland's best comedians stepped out in force for the Dublin premiere of Apocalypse Clown in Light House Cinema.

On Tuesday 29 September, comedians, film fans, and industry professionals alike took to the red carpet at Light House Cinema for the Dublin premiere of the hilarious new Irish comedy film Apocalypse Clown.

Director George Kane was joined by actors Amy De Bhrun, Tadhgh Murphy, David Earl, Natalie Palamides and Fionn Foley. Tara Flynn, Jarlath Regan, Pollyanna McIntosh and Tony Cantwell were also in attendance.

Filmed on location in Dublin and Kildare, Apocalypse Clown tells the tale of a troupe of failed clowns and an ambitious reporter who embark on a chaotic adventure of self-discovery after a mysterious solar event plunges the world into anarchy.

Directed by BAFTA-nominated George Kane (Crashing, Disney’s Wedding Season) and written by Shane O’Brien, James Walmsley and Demian Fox from the comedy outfit Dead Cat Bounce, the film features hilarious performances from David Earl, Natalie Palamides, Amy De Bhrún, Fionn Foley, Tadhg Murphy, and Ivan Kaye.

Apocalypse Clown is in cinemas now.
