On Wednesday 22 May, the IMAGE Business Club took to The Dean Hotel, Cork for the ‘Future Proof: Health, Wealth and Fulfilment’ event in a bid to find solutions for energy, security, progression and reward in our lives – both personal and professional.

IMAGE contributing editor Melanie Morris spoke with a panel of professionals made up of consultant endocrinologist and bestselling author Dr Mary Ryan on optimising our mental and physical health; Financial advisor Carol Brick, MD of Contracting PLUS Financial and HerMoney on smart ways with money for right now and the future; and businesswoman Lisa Jordan on how she has evolved her career from style influencer to successful beauty entrepreneur in line with her own personal growth and aspirations.

The evening was one to empower attendees to become their most productive, fulfilling selves as we take things, step-by-step, towards that wonderful feeling of empowerment and optimism for all that’s ahead.

The evening began with prosecco and canapés, and a chance to network with colleagues and peers before the main event. Concluding with a chance to meet the speakers, our guests departed with a gorgeous gift bag worth €59.
