IMAGE The Motherload presents: Power in the Pause: Time to refill the cup

Join us for our next IMAGE Motherload event, where we'll learn how to manage guilt and burnout and the simple ways we can bring calm, joy and connection back into our lives.

We all understand the concept and importance of caring for ourselves, but the reality is, between the endless lists, the snotty noses, the lost socks, the invisible labour, and everything else, pausing to reconnect with yourself can feel impossible, even laughable. It’s easy to forget the person who matters most: you.

Join us for a special IMAGE The Motherload morning dedicated to giving mothers permission to slow down, reflect, and rediscover the energy and focus that can get lost in the busyness of life.

Hosted by IMAGE Media’s editorial director and host of IMAGE The Motherload, Dominique McMullan, this warm, honest conversation will feature a truly inspiring panel of women: Tara Rafter, master neuro-linguistic programming practitioner and professional coach; Rosemary MacCabe, writer and podcaster known for her wit and honesty on motherhood and identity; Daniella Moyles, broadcaster, author psychotherapist and founder of The Stll; and Danielle Garner, founder of Wildflower Hair Studio and advocate for self-compassion.

Together, they’ll explore why mothers find it so hard to prioritise themselves, how to manage guilt and burnout, and the simple, sustainable ways we can bring calm, joy and connection back into our lives.

We passionately believe that supporting mothers starts with supporting the woman behind the role. Join us, take a breath, and leave feeling seen, less alone and ready to take better care of you.

Meet the speakers

Tara Rafter, aka The Navigation Coach

Tara Rafter

Tara Rafter is a master neuro-linguistic programming practitioner and professional coach with advanced certification in parenting, relationships, teams and addiction. She has completed The Silva Intuitive Systems course and holds a certificate in The Therapeutic Use of Mindfulness from Padraig O’Morain. She recently completed a year-long training with Dr Gabor Maté in Compassion Inquiry. Throughout her work since 2017, Tara has learned a vast amount from her training, but has learned the most from the thousands of people she has been lucky enough to work with across the world. Tara is excited to share her learnings and experiences with IMAGE The Motherload.

Rosemary MacCabe, Writer and Podcaster

Rosemary MacCabe is a mum of two; the author of the bestselling book, This is Not About You, and co-host of the podcast, Not Without My Sisterwriter, whose honesty, humour and insight have made her a recognised voice on modern motherhood. She has written for publications including an IMAGE.ie column, The Irish Times, Irish Independent, Irish Tatler, STELLAR, VIP, Irish Country Magazine and the Huffington Post online.

Daniella Moyles, Psychotherapist, Broadcaster and Author

Daniella Moyles

Writer, psychotherapist and founder of The Still, Daniella Moyles places peace high on her priority list. Daniella’s story is a brave one. Once a model and radio DJ, her life changed dramatically after a panic attack forced her to stop and listen. That moment led her on a journey through travel, self-reflection, therapy, and eventually to building her family, and her business The Stll, an online space for those seeking real-life emotional change. She was also a guest on the IMAGE The Motherload podcast.

Danielle Garner, Founder of Wildflower Hair Studio

Danielle Garner

Danielle Garner is a mum of two and the founder of Wildflower Hair Studio. Her story is one of incredible resilience and reinvention. Through sustainable practices, holistic approaches, and a nurturing community, she celebrates the interconnectedness of beauty, wellness, and the environment. Danielle was also a guest on the IMAGE The Motherload podcast. We can’t wait to welcome her.
