Over €12,000 was raised for the Irish Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal at the IMAGE PwC Businesswoman of the Year Awards 2022.

We are incredibly fortunate to celebrate female success in business at the IMAGE PwC Businesswoman of the Year Awards, however it is important to acknowledge and support women across the world who continue to face significant challenges and adversity.

To support the people in Ukraine, PwC is donating €10,000 to the Irish Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal.

There was an overwhelming audience response to the call to donate to the Irish Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal at the IMAGE PwC Businesswoman of the Year Awards. Over the course of the night, €12,010 was raised to help repair vital infrastructure, support health facilities, help families with life-saving food and hygiene items, medicine, shelter and water and help the Red Cross to assist those displaced by conflict.

The Red Cross is working around the clock to deliver vital services to millions of people impacted by the conflict. In Ukraine, more than 4,000 Red Cross volunteers are responding and are delivering urgent assistance such as food, water, fuel for heating, hygiene items and medical supplies.

We invite you to make your own donation here.
