British Fashion Awards: The Winners And Red Carpet Style

The British Fashion Awards are happening in London this evening, and it’s a big night on the fashion calendar. The likes of David and Victoria Beckham (looking very cute in similar outfits) and Kate Moss are among the big names attending the event as are an array of?prominent designers, models and editors.

It’s also bound to be an elegant, Chanel-worthy affair, as Karl Lagerfeld will be?awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award by Anna Wintour.

Lady Gaga has made her BFAs debut in a red sequin Tom Ford gown with deep red fishnet-style fingerless gloves. Alexa Chung (looking elegant), Georgia May Jagger and Daisy Lowe have also all walked the red carpet. As has David Gandy, who for fairly obvious reasons, gets a mention all to himself. Rita Ora looked very chic, as did’model?Jourdan Dunn. Our own Angela Scanlon also looked divine. In terms of the mishaps,?Kate Bosworth’s pale blue number?wasn’t?too flattering and Cheryl Fernandez Versini’s floral, sheer knee-high boots ensemble swamped her slender frame. Black was the most prominent colour on the red carpet, perhaps in lieu of the recent Paris attacks.
