You can now book your appointment to shop at Penneys

And here's everything you need to know.

Penneys have opened their online booking portal to book an appointment.

The company is to have shopping by appointment from Monday, May 10th at its 36 Irish stores until the following Sunday. Then on Monday, May 17th, Penneys outlets will open in full, in line with the further easing of Government Covid-19 restrictions.

Here are some of the FAQs about their booking system:

Where can I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked on the Primark website here up to 16th May and must be submitted no later than 4 hours before your intended visit and bookings are restricted to a single appointment per person. Primark also recommends you have your confirmation email with you for your appointment (via your phone is fine).

Do I have to book an appointment?

All customers must book an appointment before attending the store up to May, 17th. Only customers with a booking will be allowed entry until then. Appointments are limited to one appointment per customer. Each store has a very limited number of appointments.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

A cancellation link will be available in your confirmation email. Your appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled on the booking page or via your confirmation email.

How long do I have to shop?

Each appointment is 60 minutes long consisting of 45 minutes of shopping time and 15 minutes of checkout time.

Can children accompany me?

As appointments are limited to one per person, Primark recommends shopping alone, however, children under the age of 12 may accompany an adult with an appointment.

Do I have to make a booking to return an item?

All customers are required to make an appointment to shop or return an item, but Primark’s returns period has been extended. Once normal trading resumes on May 17th, you will have 28 days to return items.

As expected, slots are filling up fast, so click here to book yours if you want to get in before May 17th.
