Pretty in Pink: Shop our favourite pieces from the Zara x Barbie collection

The devil works hard, but the Barbie movie’s marketing team works harder.

The long-awaited release of Greta Gerwig’s Barbie starring Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling, and a whole host of other A-list Barbies and Kens is mere days away, and we’re ready for this film to change our brain chemistry forever on Friday 21 July.

It’s become the film of the summer before it’s even been released, and hot pink is saturating the vast majority of window displays across the high streets. Getting in on the action with an entire dedicated Barbie collection, Zara didn’t come to play with this one.

From stunning silk pyjama sets emblazoned with that iconic Barbie ‘B’, to flared denim jumpsuits and cowboy hats to boot, the collection not only draws on the doll’s timeless wardrobe, but Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling’s press tour ‘fits.

While Zara are going the extra mile in hosting two pop-ups in New York and Paris complete with its very own Barbie Dreamhouse, no such events are scheduled to take place here in Ireland. Instead, you can shop some of our favourite looks from the Zara x Barbie collection below…
