Lennon Courtney x Kilkenny Design: The mood-boosting collection that will put a spring in your new season wardrobe

17th Jan 2024

The weather might be cold and drab out but dopamine dressing is a guaranteed mood-booster and the new Lennon Courtney x Kilkenny Design SS24 is the epitome of cheerfulness.

The design duo’s second time collaborating with Kilkenny Design, this latest collection comes after a phenomenal response to their AW line which saw the brand evolve into homewares and accessories too.

This season, their focus is on exuberant, uplifting colours. Embracing the essence of Ostara – the Pagan goddess symbolising the arrival of spring’s warmth and rejuvenating sunlight, the collection is a celebration of nature’s awakening, embodying themes of balance, rebirth and renewal.

Drawing inspiration from the goddess, the collection mirrors the vibrancy of new light and warmth, represented through shades of electric blue, vibrant green and earthy neutrals of champagne, sand and cream.

Speaking of the new collection, CEO of Kilkenny Design, Evelyn Moynihan commented, “Sonya, Brendan and our in-store designers have birthed a collection that not only celebrates the arrival of spring but also embodies our dedication to craftsmanship and eco-conscious practices. We’re excited to share this vibrant and versatile range, encouraging a deeper connection to nature and timeless style.”

Featuring a range of versatile staples – the reversible Chameleon Coat, for example – each piece has been designed for comfort and style, making them perfectly suited for the transitional weather of spring.

Sustainability is also at the forefront thanks to materials such as recycled PU leather, CI-certified cotton, sustainable wood and eco-friendly packaging.

The collection is set to go live exclusively online for Kilkenny Design VIPs at 9am on 18 January, with the full line available in-store at 9am the following day. You can sign up for exclusive access to the SS24 range on www.kilkennydesign.com.

In the meantime, take a peek at some of our favourite pieces below.
