TBT: Back To The 90’s with Minimal Pastels

By IMAGE
10th Jul 2014

We look back a decade to bring you this minimalist nineties shoots that’s all about Pastels….

The more things change the more things stay the same. We looked back exactly ten years through our archives, only to find that the hot trends of the moment have come full circle over the past decade. Cast your eyes through this pastels shoot from July, 1994, with minimalist structures and plain pastel colours, forr some original nineties inspiration.

If you’re put off the all-white look because you’re afraid it’s a Miley Cyrus inspired trend, fear not. The all-white outfits trend was actually all the rage in the mid-90’s and teamed with these on-trend circle glasses, it’s a winning look that has clearly stood the test of time, Miley Cyrus connotations aside.

We love this full-length nude spaghetti strap dress teamed with chunky sandals, a look that certainly wouldn’t be out of place in our magazine pages today.

With all-white outfits, circle glasses and spaghetti strap dresses back on trends, what do you think about twin sets making a comeback? There’s something about this matching pastel pink knit that we can’t resist.
