As we come into October (have we mentioned we’re delighted it’s October?) it’s time to layer up those woolly jumpers and scarves, pull out the winter coat – who are we kidding, you don’t ever ‘put away’ your winter coat in Ireland- and invest in a decent pair of waterproof winter boots.
We’ve been hard at work scoping out the best street style at all the fashion weeks to see how the best trends translate to’real life because, let’s be honest, we’re not going to be wearing a jigsaw puzzle piece?from the Viktor & Rolf A/W?2015 show.
Who better to look to for inspiration than these sartorial elites who have been strutting their stuff?from overcast?London to sunny Milan? There seems to be consensus amongst them that hiking boots are a must this season. Chunky lace-up boots were literally everywhere.
Thankfully the high street has taken note and we’ve rounded up the best boots out there. ?They’re warm, water proof, comfortable AND on trend? That’s like a fashionable blue moon – it NEVER happens.
