Raising The Bar
When art and fashion collide, amazing things can happen. Take this imited edition scarf by STABLE, for instance. Based on “Irish Pub Wall” by Pat Scott from the exhibition?Patrick Scott: Image Space Light, currently on show at VISUAL in Carlow and IMMA in Dublin, the Pub Wall motif design was taken from the tradition of painting the exterior, and less often, the interior of pubs in’trompe l’oeil’stonework. Frances Duff and Sonia Reynolds of STABLE of Ireland have produced 93 cr?pe de Chine scarves, one for every year of the Irish artist’s life; available from stable.ie.
