Kendall Jenner Leads Dance Off In H&M’s Balmain Campaign Video

We recently raved about Balmain’s new stunning collaboration with H&M and just as the collection is about to land in stores here, a campaign video has been released. Incredible clothing? Check. Serious model strutting? Check. Fashionista-of-the-moment Kendall Jenner leads a futuristic, tech-inspired dance off (despite showing us very few of her moves), and holds her own among the bevy of familiar faces such as best pal, fellow model Gigi Hadid. The guys show off some enviable dancing skills?while Balmain’s Olivier Rousteing orchestrates the trains, and altogether, it makes for a very glamorous and impressive ad.

Apparently, some of the moves were inspired by Michael Jackson’s Bad music video.

Rousteing also spoke out about Kendall Jenner facing the campaign, comparing her to the likes of the iconic ’90s superstar models, “She is an icon. I’m inspired by her. For me, she is the new Naomi, Claudia, Cindy. You know the type of models where people want to be her. Finally, we go back to top models and are making dream girls,? he said. Jenner has certainly put another foot on the iconic status ladder, as both she and sister Kylie were recently voted two of Time’s most influential teens. That title alone will tell you the pair are now truly cemented in popular culture.

Anyhow, we love the ad and can’t wait to get our hands on some of the clothes. Watch it below:
