How to punch up neutrals with a pop of fuchsia pink

How to punch up neutrals with a pop of fuchsia pink

It’s that inbetween time of year; winter is over but there are days when it doesn’t feel like spring has sprung. How do you dress to suit such frustrating weather? Stick to your trusty neutrals but pepper them with pops of fuchsia pink. They’ll lift your look and your mood.

These leather mules from Topshop look fresh and contemporary. Pair them with cropped jeans or bag-waisted pants.

This is the perfect time of year to pull out a colourful coat from your wardrobe; you stay warm but your look is changing subtly with the changes in the weather. Choose a classic trench in unexpected pink for a modern look. Navy, black and earthy shades of biscuit will work wonderfully underneath.

This fringed bag is one of Maje’s signature styles, but it’s elevated hugely when reimagined in fuchsia pink. The fringing adds a hint of boho to the piece but the contemporary pop of pink prevents this bag from looking in any way hippy.

A pair of pink embellished sunglasses will freshen up your look ever so slightly. I love this embellished pair from Warehouse.

There’s no easier way to add individuality to your look than with an interesting pair of earrings. These fringed earrings are beautifully textured and I love the combination of bright pink and cerulean.
