From reality star to high fashion model, Kendall Jenner is making a very prominent mark in the industry. No longer reliant on the Kardashian/Jenner brand to gain stature, she is doing it all on her own thanks to her collaborations with major, influential fashion houses. From Givenchy, Armani, Balmain as well as her status as the current darling of Chanel, her popularity in the model world is ever-growing, and she is respectfully weaving her way into all major runway bookings. If there is a big name designer holding a show, you can bet Kendall will feature. Unlike big sister Kim, Kendall has a genuine likeability about her (sorry Kim) and takes her job as a model and campaign ambassador‘very seriously; she wears designer couture like a dream and with that face and killer walk, we’re betting her career is only just beginning.
We are currently at day 3?of NYFW and it was Kendall who had everyone talking as she glided down the runway for Givenchy yesterday. Kendall walked the Givenchy S/S 2016 show and cemented her status as one of the most sought-after models working today. With a breathtaking view of One World Trade Center in the background, Jenner was one of the first models to appear on the wooden runway. She wore a sleeveless, fitted white top with a lace trim that tied in the back and black pants and wore striking, bleach blonde eyebrows to top the look off. This isn’t the first time Kendall has been praised for her runway poise; she has featured in many landmark shows previously, and we’ve put together a gallery of her best looks for your viewing enjoyment. Say what you will about the girl, she has serious runway swag.
