Bringing Dundrum’s Garden of Pure Imagination To Life

Bringing Dundrum’s Garden of Pure Imagination To Life

IMAGE Magazine recently collaborated with Dundrum Town Centre on a photo shoot and behind-the-scenes video showcasing the exquisite Garden Of Pure Imagination designed by Diarmuid Gavin and currently in situ in the grounds of the centre, in Pembroke Square (opposite Wagamama). If you can describe a day as being “dreamy”, this was one of those days. The weather was uncharacteristically wonderful, the model was stunning and the excitement among the team was infectious.

The brief for the shoot was to showcase the variety of fantastic fashion brands available in Dundrum Town Centre within the context of Gavin’s beautiful garden because of course, there’s so much more to Dundrum than simply clothes. Its selection of lifestyle brands and restaurants is as strong as its fashion offering, while the Garden Of Pure Imagination has provided visitors with a beautiful space to sit and watch the wonder of the garden’s magical moving plants, as well as wile away a few quiet moments?after a busy morning shopping.

Stylist Paula Hughes pulled together a beautiful edit from stores as varied as Zara and Marks & Spencer to Harvey Nichols and House of Fraser, while photographer Louise Samuelsen beautifully captured the romanticism of the garden?and the positivity of everybody’s mood. The result was a triumph; stunning clothes in an incredible location… To see the full shoot, check out the August issue of IMAGE Magazine. Here’s just a taster to whet your appetite.
