What Amy Huberman Will Be Wearing For SS17

As guest editor of the January issue of IMAGE Magazine (on shelves now), Amy Huberman revealed some of her favourite looks and trends for the new season. Here’s what the stylish actress and mother of two has her eye on for spring/summer?…

THE TREND Boudoir dressing

Burberry Prorsum SS17

In the past few years, slip dresses and?pyjama-style suits have gained unexpected popularity. For SS17, we’re calling this trend?boudoir dressing as it incoporates kimona-style, dressing-gown-like coats, which are being clashed with mix-and-match separates, all in?bedroom-style prints. This is Amy Huberman’s favourite trend for SS17. “I love the new mix-and-match approach,” she explains. “I have a dressing gown-style duster coat from [online ethical retailer] Reformation, which I’ll wear through spring/summer.

THE COLLECTION Michael Kors

Cropped trousers were dominant once again on the catwalks, and Michael Kors’ classic but contemporary combination of biscuit coloured pants, crisp white shirt and boyish grey jumper (above) really appealed to Amy’s aesthetic. This was one of her favourite looks of the season.

THE PIECE A Statement Knit

Burberry Prorsum SS17

They’may be the spring/summer collections, but knitwear made as strong a presence on the runways as it had for AW. For the coming season, knitwear is reimagined in interesting silhouettes, deconstructed shapes and graphic prints. Amy’s favourite catwalk interpretation is Burberry’s (above) and her high-street pick?is this gorgeously chic twist knit jumper from & Other Stories (below).
