10 Ways to Wear Lace

Lace has lost it’s traditionally pure disposition this season. Designers such as Roberto Cavalli, Rochas and Erdem artfully patchworked Chantilly, guipure and filigree on the sheerest of fabrics for a look that’s more sultry than sweet. How do you take this from runway to reality?

For accessories, earthy tones of tan and textured suedes anchor a look that might otherwise look too ”frilly”. Mix up shades of slate grey with butter, cream and vanilla. And a pair of distressed denims will add a playful punctuation to your look.

Lace is elegant and summery, you should own a few pieces for your summer wardrobe.
