Meet the stylists
David started his hairdressing carrier at the tender age of 11, working alongside his father in his salon in Tullamore. The country life wasn’t for David so once finished school he departed for Dublin to start his formal training, once qualified he had the urge to travel and did so popping his scissors into his backpack and exploring both northern and southern hemisphere.
On returning to Ireland David’s passion lead him to working as a session stylist working for publications such as Image magazine amongst others and also for both independent brands and larger retail companies on advertising campaigns and lead artist for fashion shows.
He loves the variety of both salon and session work and still does to this day. He regularly works alongside celebrities and his work has lead him to collaborate with some great artists , photographers, models and make up artists, both international and home grown. David is also a regular backstage at fashion week from Couture in Paris to ready to wear runway in both Milan and London. David is now based from Coterie salon, 29 Wicklow Street Dublin 2.
Alan and Alex Keville are undeniably a dynamic force in the Irish hairdressing industry. Hairdressing since the age of 16, Alex’s fashion-forward thinking projected her onto a world wide stage before the age of 20, while her session styling has been seen on some of the worlds top models.
A multi-time London award winning hairdresser, 15 years on, her passion lies foremost on the salon floor. Her eye for beauty is evident in the gorgeous colours and soft styles that leave the Alan Keville for Hair salon.
Our experts will also share the most important dos and don’ts of home hair care, as well as their tips to use every day for healthy hair. Following this insightful and informative chat, we will be treating our guests to two incredible hair styling demonstrations, where you will learn how to recreate these glamorous yet simple hair styles at home.
To finish the evening off, we will then be answering some of your hair care questions submitted to us through Instagram. Be sure to get your questions in, and we will try to answer as many as possible!
