Desert Island Beauty Bag: What Would Indy Power Bring?

Desert Island Beauty Bag: What Would Indy Power Bring?

When it comes to beauty, foodie blogger and cookbook author, Indy Power of The Little Green Spoon loves dewy, natural, hardly-there make-up. If stranded on a desert island with an allowance of €100 for beauty products, she says she’d have to bring the following:

Chanel tinted moisturizer, Soleil Identité, in bronze, €41

Sunbathing isn’t for everyone, but with this tinted moisturiser Indy can achieve a gorgeous sun kissed look with none of the UV rays. Speaking of which, there’s a small amount of SPF in there too – exactly what a lady needs on a desert island, don’t you think?

YSL Faux Cils Mascara, €32.50

This durable mascara is available in six shades, so Indy won’t have any trouble finding one to suit! The wand is designed to give lashes a beautiful curve and stunning length, while the oil-based formula prevents her lashes from drying out beneath the island sun.

Bobbi Brown brow shaper, €23.50

This waterproof formula holds brow hairs in place for up to 24 hours, making it a perfect product for Indy if she’s swimming around the island! It’s easy to apply too – a simple brush of the wand through the brow is all that’s needed.

Total spend €97 – right within budget!

But, as we all know, beauty isn’t everything. So if Indy could bring just one additional luxury item, it’d have to be her adorable dog, Winston. Just look at their matching knitwear!
