Redheads are having a moment. We recently wrote a piece entitled four reasons to wish you were a redhead and now, we’ve learned of the latest in bizarre, viral Tumblr/Instagrams: Put A Rang On It (the name of which goes entirely over our heads). This time around, it’s all about imagining what celebrities who don’t have red hair would look like if they did have red hair. Marvellous world of curiosity, the internet.
Oddly enough, the brain behind this popular profile has taken the assumption that to have red hair means you automatically have a smattering of freckles across your face. We don’t have anything against freckles, so we’re just going to roll with it.
First of all, let’s get Kim out of the way. She’s already pulled off life as a blonde bombshell, but would red do her the same favour?

And poor Madonna looks like a victim of some obscure orangifying radiation.
Taylor Swift’s naturally pale skin would lend itself to a warm re colour quite nicely (minus the freckles that look like a kid’s drawn onto her face).
