Business of Beauty Awards: Meet The Judges

Every year our Beauty Awards judging panel trawls through the crowded pharmacy shelves to find you the best products in the business. With the most knowledgable names in the industry, our beauty editor Liz Dwyer works to determine which products live up to their effusive press releases, and which are best left away from the beauty cupboard, and your credit card statement. The process involves testing the short-listed products at home – yes, a very tough job – and then the panel comes together to fight for what they think deserves the prestigious accolade.

How do the judges decide on what makes an award-winning product? Dr Jane Mulrooney pointed out that products are getting better every year – yay science! – and Karen Fraher says not to be fooled by the price tag. (Jessie J as a beauty inspiration, anyone?)
