Beaut-Tea: 4 Things To Look Forward To At An Unmissable Beauty Afternoon

by Jennifer McShane
23rd Sep 2016

*Drumroll*? Beauty fiends rejoice! It’s almost time for our anticipated inaugural Beaut-Tea events – we’re holding three events in Cork, Limerick and Galway over the next few weeks – and attendees are guaranteed an exciting afternoon of bubbles, beauty and delicious treats. Oh, and how could we forget the gorgeous goodie bags? They’ll all contain a surprise or two. We’re going on a mini Beaut-Tea tour and our first stop is the wonderful city of Cork on Sunday, October 2nd in the incredible surroundings of Hayfield Manor, The Strand Hotel in Limerick on October 9 and The g Hotel in Galway on October 24; we’re counting down the days!

Scroll down for four things you won’t want to miss on the day and don’t forget to buy your tickets!

A Special Skincare Clinic

Are you struggling with skincare woes? Then fear not as experts will be on hand to guide you through any concerns you have from defining skin types, conditions and the differences between each, common problems (and the solutions to them), alongside ‘hero products’ – IMAGE Editor-in-Chief Melanie Morris and our Boots specialist will tell you the products you should be investing in for glowing skin.

The Makeup You Need For AW

When it comes to seasonal beauty, AW is the perfect time of year to switch up your go-to products; colour palettes will change, and with it, your beauty choices. Luckily, we’ve done all the hard work for you and will be on hand (alongside a pro makeup artist from Boots) to tell you what should be in your makeup bag for winter 2016 (what products and colours you should use and why), and how to take your look seamlessly from day to night. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you’d like; there won’t be a beauty dilemma we can’t solve!

Afternoon Tea (And Bubbles To Boot)

HAyfield Manor Afternoon Tea 2

Despite a jam-packed afternoon of events, we won’t let you go hungry! All guests will be treated to a truly delicious afternoon tea (with cakes and tidbits so good, you won’t want to share a single bite) with a sparkling glass of bubbles to wash it all down – what could be better of a Sunday?

The Goodie Bag

We have a gorgeous beauty-themed goodie bag worth €120 that all lucky guests will walk away with. We’d tell you what’s inside but we’d never ruin the surprise.
