Margaret Young took the plunge and went to India on a yoga retreat with one week's notice. What followed was a week of outdoor yoga to the sounds of ocean waves; beach runs with fresh coconuts to drink; and long lazy afternoons in coffee shops discussing spirituality with like-minded men and women.

It was an ordinary quiet Monday morning in January. I had just finished teaching my first yoga class of the week and I spotted a post by a yoga studio in Cork that I had never been to or had any dealings with, Ganapati School of Yoga.
