3 beautiful, Irish design yoga mats to inspire you to practise everyday

3 beautiful, Irish design yoga mats to inspire you to practise everyday

Perfect your pose with the perfect mat.

Whether you’re a complete beginner who has just tried a Yoga with Adriene video or a seasoned yogi, a beautiful mat will get you inspired to practise every day. These Irish designed mats are some of the most gorgeous you’ll find.

Flowstate, “an integrated approach to art, movement and lifestyle,” began as a passion project between three friends, fitness coaches Adrienne Murphy and John Belton (founder of No.17 Personal Training) and artist Maser.

Following the sell-out success of their responsibly produced original yoga mat meets hanging wall art designed by Maser in 2019, Flowstate now has 8 mats across two collections (including a re-issue of Mat 1). They’re available from flowstate.ie and each is more beautiful than the last.

Irish company HOLDEReight launch new anti-slip yoga mat prints each year and each mat features one of a limited run of hand-drawn prints that are specially designed to reflect what it means to practise yoga. Made from 100% natural rubber that is biodegradable, the mats are also environmentally friendly in addition to being highly functional and lovely.

Finally, GreenerMe.ie is an Irish company set up by Tom and Breda Gibney, a couple living in Meath. All their products are created with Baavet, a natural, pure Irish wool, including this large, beautiful, non-slip wool yoga mat, €75.
