Quick, easy, decadent and boozy – what’s not to love about this adult’s-only dessert?
- 100ml maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp brandy
- good-quality vanilla ice cream
- chopped walnuts
1 Heat the maple syrup with the butter and brandy. Cool. Pour over the ice cream and garnish with chopped walnuts.
