Ikea’s latest collection celebrates the colours and patterns of Diwali

From bright bedspreads to lanterns to set the mood, it’s the perfect way to inject some colour into your home.

Inspired by the Diwali festival of lights, Ikea’s Aromatisk collection takes the colourful celebrations as its starting point.

The range showcases India’s traditional crafts, such as edge embroidery, block printing and indigo dyeing, and the marigold flower, synonymous with the festival, is a recurring motif.

Textile designer Luna Gil has created a beautiful selection of soft furnishings, while accessories like bowls, garlands and lanterns will help to create a space fit for a party.
