Just some hilarious dog memes that perfectly sum up 2020

In honour of National Dog Day, we have gathered our favourite dog memes — all of which are entirely relatable

Yesterday was National Dog Day. A day to celebrate our fluffy pups and slobbering doggos and truly show our appreciation for having them in our lives.

Because if there has been anything that has helped us through this crazy year, it’s been our pets, who’ve naively welcomed our new WFH way of life, comforting us with cuddles and cringey toe licks.

So, to commemorate man’s best friend, we have compiled our favourite dog memes of the year, bringing a bit of joy to these uncertain times.

When you wake up at the last minute possible before logging on to your morning Zoom meeting…

And pretend you know exactly what’s going on.

Somehow, Mondays during the pandemic feel even worse…

Especially when on the job hunt.

When you wear anything other than pyjamas…

And treat yourself to a makeup day.

Basically, how we’ve felt all year.

When you start to notice that ‘Quarantine 15’…

But remind yourself that you are strong, beautiful and body positive.

Hey, we all cope in our own ways.

I can’t tell if I’m impressed or disturbed.

And these good boys just trying to do their best to look after their humans.

And finally, when your dog gets used to having the whole family home all the time…

And needs some alone time.
