Powerful Anti-Bullying Video Will Have You In Tears

It’s hard to write about this video when, just a few seconds in, your eyes well up with tears. This is an incredibly brave video from an incredibly brave little boy, 11 year old American Logan Fairbanks.

In an effort to combat online bullying for young kids, something that is getting more and more serious on account of the various social media platforms with which hateful words can be easily shared, Logan decided to read out the mean comments on some of his previous videos. His aim here is to encourage other kids like him that others’ mean words should not stop you from doing what you’re doing. He deserves major kudos.

Logan, if you’re reading this, let it be known that you are a little legend; you’re cool, interesting, brave and you’ll go on to achieve more brilliant things in your life than anyone who could spit such vitriol at another person.

We’re actually in tears.

Logan’s dad shared the video on his Youtube page along with this touching comment: “Logan asked me to do this. As his dad I was very hesitant but he insisted that if there was a chance it could help someone then why not face his online bullies and try. I hope one day I have as much courage as he does.”
