Ireland’s premier feature film festival, The Jameson Dublin International Film Festival 2015 will be launched tomorrow by young, Irish actors Jack Reynor(What Richard Did, Glassland), Sarah Greene(Noble, The Guard), and director Gerard Barrett(Pilgrim Hill, Glassland) at The Academy in Dublin.

Festival director Gr?inne Humphreys will talk briefly about the 2015 programme, which will be the last sponsored by Jameson after a 13 year run, and then invite Reynor, Greene and Barrett to unveil the special mashup trailer for this year’s festival.

The festival, now in its 13th year will take place from the 19th-29th of March, is devoted?to presenting and supporting the very best in Irish and international film and this year will be no exception. The full line-up will be available at jdiff.com from 7.30pm tomorrow.

Special guests such as Kim Cattrall, Russell Crowe and Julie Andrews have already been announced as Jameson look to go out in style. Also already announced to feature at this year’s festival are

  • The Irish premiere of Mary McGuckian’s?Eileen Gray biopic The Price of Desire
  • The attendance of Oscar nominated screenwriter and playwright Sir David Hare
  • Award?winning actor-director Alan Rickman’s period drama A Little Chaos starring Kate Winslet.

Glassland, which is directed by Gerard Barrett and features Jack Reynor is set for release on the 17th of April.
