Want to know how to easily upcycle your wardrobe? Take part in a four-hour alterations course with alterations specialists?When Poppy Met Daisy?this Sunday, November 6th. During this informative and fun afternoon, you can expect to learn all the sewing machine basics as well as?an array of hems, basic alterations and the art of inserting an invisible zip. Guests on the day will leave with their very own self-made bag too (perfect for carrying all of the lovely things you’re going to make). Classes start at either 10am or 3pm. Ireland’s first champagne photo booth has opened at The Marvel Room at Brown Thomas. Supplied by Mo?t & Chandon, the service allows customers to ?purchase personalised champagne bottles (complete with your face on the bottle). Personalised labels can also be created using iPhone or Android devices and are priced?at €19 for Mini Mo?t Imperial Champagne (200ml) and €55 for Mo?t Imperial Champagne (750ml). The Mo?t & Chandon photobooth is open to customers until Tuesday, December 27th.

Host Sinead Burke will be joined?by creatives, designers and thinkers to discuss these industries and the pivotal role technology plays in their future.?Panellists include; Sinead Burke Kate Nolan – MADE/We Are Islanders, Simon O?Regan – Zalando, Aoibheann O’Daly – Love and Robots, Cormac O’Conaire??? Six Irish designers join forces for a one-day fashion pop-up shop on Thursday, November 10th, from 12pm to 8pm at Aoife Harrison Design, 22 Fitzwilliam Street Upper, Dublin 2. Just in time for Christmas, this pop-up showcase will have current and previous seasons available as well as some limited samples. There will be something for every pocket, style and taste.
