Faces from TV, radio and the Irish red carpet all gathered at a festive Westbury Hotel to take a sneak peek at 2017 make-up launches coming in February 2017, including the most anticipated reveal of the year the best ever Lanc’me, long-wear foundation, available in forty shades.

Guests included some of Ireland’s top models and Lanc’me devotees including Teodora Sutra, January Russell, Sarah Tansey, Kelly Horrigan, Aoife Walsh and Lynn Kelly, who spoke with photographer du jour and recent Harper’s Bazaar shoot photographer, Aaron Hurley.

Fashion designer Laura-Jayne Halton mingled with some of Ireland’s top stylists Cathy O’Connor, Roxanne Parker, Brian Conway and Laura Mullett. All were looking as stylish as ever and are literally out the door with client work at the moment, a sign of the times.

Hair stylist to the stars Stephen Kelly chatted to make-up artists Leonard Daly and Dearbhla Keenan. Dearbhla’s partner Brian Deery has recently opened the new Bagots Hutton on Ormonde Quay, along with business partner Giovanni Viscardi. The new concept building on the success of the previous South William Street located wine bar, has opened just a few doors down from the Morrisson Hotel.

Girls about town Avila Lipsett spoke about her New Year getaway plans with her boyfriend; whilst Emily O’Donnell was looking forward to her new segment on Ireland AM, commencing in the New Year also.

Tara Farrell, Sandra Byrne and Laura Beatty represented RTE, as did weather girls Audrey McGrath and Louise Heraghty.

Top beauty influencers including Louise Conney, Jen Morris of Too Dolly Make-up; and Cliona Kelly, Peaches and Cream toasted to the new Year and an exciting 2017.

Guests enjoyed a selection of savoury canapes including; ballotine of foie gras, pear chutney; Smoked turkey, maple baked ham & gruyere sandwich; Prawn and basil wontons, mango mayonnaise; Confit duck spring roll, sweet chilli mayonnaise; Goats cheese and sweet shallot tart, complete with white chocolate mousse, orange velvet glaze Pistachio financier.
