Pop Sensations!

We share the ultimate movie-night popcorn recipe to get your weekend off with a bang?

Whether you’re heading to an outdoor flick or planning a cosy night in, we have the perfect accompaniment. Pop this mouthwatering not-your-regular-run-of-the-mill corn and be in for a tasty treat

Truffle Parmesan and Rosemary Popcorn
Makes 1 large bowl

YOU WILL NEED
* 100g packet, salted microwave popcorn * 50g butter, melted * 1 tsp truffle oil?* 50g parmesan, finely grated * 1 tbsp rosemary, finely chopped

METHOD
1 Cook the popcorn according to the pack instructions, then sort through to remove any unpopped kernels. 2 Mix the popcorn with the truffle oil and drizzle over the melted butter. 3 Finally, sprinkle in the parmesan and rosemary.

Enjoy and tell us what you think of it on our Facebook and Twitter! Any movie recommendations you’d like us to know about?

If you like this recipe, there’s more where that came from inside our new issue, which also contains reviews of the hottest cookery and food courses around the country.
