What to Make Tonight: Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats

Serves 1

Ingredients
40g rolled oats
100ml almond milk
juice of – lemon
fresh fruit of your choice

Method

Put the oats in a bowl. Add milk and stir. Cover and put in the fridge overnight to soak.

Add the lemon juice and stir through. Serve with blueberries or other fresh fruit.
