Loving Minnie Melange

As we said in our recap post, we couldn’t be happier to have announced Sinead Burke – Minnie Melange – as IMAGE.ie Blog of the Year at last night’s IMAGE Blog Awards at Fade Street Social.

Sinead is not only a lovely, genuine person, the callibre of her work – particularly her Minnie Meets series – speaks for itself and, as was evident by last night’s warm reception, minniemelange.com is clearly a firm favourite among her fellow Irish bloggers. She’s a pro.

Pretty soon we’ll be putting our heads together with Sinead to dream up some wonderful content that you’ll find right here on IMAGE.ie, merging the magic of her own blog with what we do best here online.

Commenting on her win, Sinead said: ‘Last night’s awards ceremony still feels a little surreal. I genuinely couldn’t believe it when Ellie Balfe announced my name. The Irish blogging landscape is so vast with a gargantuan number of incredible blogs and to be considered worthy of a nomination by Image Magazine for their inaugural Blog Awards was an incredible honour. To actually win an award? Well, I’m still trying to wrap my head around that.’

Congrats again, Minnie Melange, you’re truly a creative and fashionable force to be reckoned with, an inspiration to all budding bloggers.

Bring on the collaboration!
