THEY ARE specialist nurse Grace Hamill and paramedic Paul Gay THEY LIVE in Newcastle, UK THEY MET about eight years ago when Paul was treating a patient on Grace’s ward.

This wedding was curated by the renowned trio at Pearl & Godiva. No ordinary wedding planners, Pearl & Godiva can (and will) go the ends of the Earth, literally, in order to create a bespoke wedding event for their clients. Grace and Paul’s blank canvas was the extraordinary Crom Castle – the kind of architectural structure one immediately considers when the words ?fairytale wedding? are uttered. The day itself was one teeming with happiness, positivity and love. Sumptuous florals, in shades of scarlet pink and blush, adorned every surface. The bouquets were a stunning complement to the clean and muted colour palette that was used in the conservatory, as well as in the leading ladies? dresses. Although cool colours and clean lines were paramount for Grace and Paul, their wedding was transfused with their personal warmth. Acute attention to detail and months of meticulous planning was manifest in one spectacularly beautiful event on the shores of Lough Erne.

The freshest of blooms, by Floral Earth, and hundreds of candles adorned the airy reception space, bringing a lightness one wouldn’t expect from a castle weddingWedding_Grace&Paul_0171

His bride, statuesque in delicate white lace, with her hair elegantly coiffed by Split Ends is Paul’s greatest memory from his wedding day? we think that’s exactly as it should beWedding_Grace&Paul_0209

The gorgeously ethereal stationery was created by Magva Design + Letterpress, whose suite took them from invite to menu, all with the same delicate golden script.

Oops! IMAGE Brides apologises for an error in a previous issue, which neglected to credit some of the above wedding vendors. This was a thoroughly gorgeous wedding and they deserve their props.
