A Delicious Mocktail For Good Friday

Not drinking tomorrow? Maybe you missed last night’s national run on the off-licence. Maybe you’re observing the day of sombre holiness that is Good Friday. Maybe you’re just not in the mood for alcohol. Whatever you’re reason for not drinking tomorrow, it doesn’t mean Friday evening has to underwhelm. Familarise yourself with some amazing mocktails and virgin concotions. We’re loving the Morrison Hotel’s coconut virgin cocktail and thankfully they’ve decided to share their delectable and fruity how-to with our thirsty souls. Give it a go.

Ingredients
50ml Coconut puree
50ml Pomegranate Syrup
30ml Lemon Juice
30ml Jasmine Tea

Garnish
Lemon twist and Strawberry
