Feel like you need to get back on track after a summer with little routine?

Kathryn Thomas is bringing her one day event to Radisson Blu Galway on Sunday, September 24th.

This  One Day Detox event will give you a taste of what the Pure Results retreats are all about. After a healthy breakfast and a meet and greet with Kathryn, you will enjoy a mix of fitness classes such as yoga, circuit training, boxercise, abs and ass as well as a cookery demonstration and a delicious healthy sit down lunch.

Kathryn Thomas

Special guest, renowned psychology consultant and motivational speaker, Gerry Hussey will ensure you leave in top form and ready to take on the world.

Speaking about the one day event, Kathryn said ‘We can’t wait to bring our Pure Results One Day Detox to Galway in September! Our last two events in Dublin and Cork were a huge success and the feedback was just brilliant. The day gives clients the chance to see what our program and fitness retreats are all about and it gets people out doing something different and fun – the craic is always mighty.’

The feedback has also been hugely positive with one client commenting;

 ‘Absolutely the best day ever today. Would love to attend it once a month or so to keep focused, it you’re doing more. Lovely staff, great variety of things to do! Brilliant thanks again  ” – Ellie

This event promises to be the perfect antidote to all the current negativity where you get to focus solely on you and your well-being!
Speaking at the last 1 day detox, Cork camogie All-Star Anna Geary told us, “the energy in the room is just magnificent.”

In addition to all the fitness, nutrition and feel good activities, everyone will take home a fabulous goody bag full of health and beauty gifts! And everybody who turns up for the Galway event will automatically be in with a chance of winning a week long retreat in Pure Results in 2018 to the value of €1200.

So what are you waiting for?
