Win tickets to the Tchaikovsky Perm State Ballet’s Giselle or Swan Lake
05th Oct 2018
The Tchaikovsky Perm State Ballet returns to Ireland for the first time in three years with a special one night only performance of Giselle on November 18 and the international premiere of their new classical production of Swan Lake November 14-17 at the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre.
This will be the first time the Tchaikovsky Perm State Ballet will perform their spectacular new production of Swan Lake outside Russia, with 60 world-class Russian dancers and a live performance of Tchaikovsky’s score by the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra.
First performed in Paris in 1840, Giselle is universally considered the world’s most romantic ballet. The Tchaikovsky Perm State Ballet’s traditional production will be accompanied by the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra to Adolphe Adam’s original score.
The Tchaikovsky Perm State Ballet has partnered with IMAGE to offer two lucky readers tickets for four to a performance of either Swan Lake or Giselle. This is a dream experience for any lover of classical music, the ballet or the arts, and the perfect treat in the lead-up to the Christmas season.
