An Cailín Ciúin (The Quiet Girl) is the feature film debut of writer/director, Colm Bairéad and producer, Cleona Ní Chrualaoi of Inscéal.

Based on the acclaimed story, Foster by Claire Keegan, it’s a complex and delicate coming-of-age drama that explores questions of family, neglect and loss through the eyes of its young protagonist. 

IMAGE has three pairs of tickets for a special screening taking place on May 5 at 7pm in the Light House cinema, Dublin. The screening will be followed by a Q&A with the director and drinks in Light House bar.
