The annual IMAGE Business Club December event—‘Celebrating Achievement’—put a special focus on success, and the power of community.

On Monday, December 9, The IMAGE Business Club members came together at The Dublin Royal Convention Centre for a very special look back on 2024 as we rose a glass for all that we’ve achieved, endured and worked through, in anticipation of some well-earned time off through the holiday season.

Jackie Reid, Mairead Mackle, Doreen McConville and Olga Hunter

In addition to cocktails and an extended chance to network with fellow members, Rosie Connolly was our guest of honour, sharing her story, from make-up artist and content creator to co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of 4TH ARQ, one of Ireland’s most rapidly scaling entrepreneurial successes.

It seems everyone in Ireland now owns (at least one) piece of 4TH ARQ clothing, so how did Rosie and her team build the brand? How are they coping with supply and fulfilment as lines sell out instantly? How are they evolving, expanding and learning new skills? What have been some key pinch points and how have they overcome the challenges? Rosie’s insights were honest, real, and with plenty to take out as we look to the new horizons of 2025.

The night was a super celebration of female entrepreneurship and leadership with our IMAGE Business Club members and guests. As ever, in addition to cocktails, canapés, and the opportunity to network, each guest left the Convention Centre with a gorgeous gift bag.
