The IMAGE Business Club 'Power Up' live event took place this week in The Westbury Hotel, allowing those in attendance to network with likeminded people, and hear from experts on female health, improving focus and maximising productivity.

A networking event to help business-minded women build their personal resource tool kit, the IMAGE Business Club ‘Power Up’ event brought together a panel of experts focussing on female health, improving focus and maximising productivity.

When was it?

Wednesday 10 August

Where was it?

The Westbury, Balfe Street, Dublin 2.

Why were we there?

Moderated by IMAGE Media contributing editor Melanie Morris, ‘Power Up’ is a Business Club event where guests learn not only tips on how to boost their resources and reserves, but also a few simple hacks for addressing life balance.

Opening with an hour to network with like-minded people over canapés and Malfy cocktails, the event kicked off with an ‘Inform, Inspire & Upskill’ session with the experts, before we met the speakers and enjoyed some more networking.

Coaching those in attendance through the barriers to career progression and how these can be tackled to ensure we all reach the end of 2022 having maximised our potential and in our most positive mind space, speakers included Lucy Gernon, executive coach for women, Dr Mary Ryan, consultant physician and endocrinologist, and Hannah Saunders, director and founder of Hannah Saunders PR.

Who was there?

In addition to our host of fabulous speakers Lucy Gernon, Dr Mary Ryan and Hannah Saunders, and our moderator Melanie Morris, there were many business savvy ladies gathered at The Westbury for this networking event.
