On Thursday the 6th of September, IMAGE Publications was delighted to host a very special evening with Donal Skehan at the Alex Hotel to celebrate the launch of his brand new book – Meals in Minutes.

Kicking off with a bubbly reception alongside some stunning canapés, our guests arrived in their droves to avail of this coveted opportunity to hear from one of Ireland’s favourite TV chefs speak in a candid interview with IMAGE Editor-in-Chief, Lizzie-Gore-Grimes.

Donal is currently residing in Los Angeles, so we were delighted to have him join us in this one-off event.

Special thanks also goes to Fulfil, My Shining Armour,  Flowers Made Easy and Kenwood, who gave a spiriliser to every guest after the show!
