The cozy, chic slippers to buy now

Long before the severity of coronavirus was apparent, on the AW20/21 runways walked comfy slippers. Feathers, shearling and cozy shoes were going to be big news for the winter of 2020 and 2021, just not quite the roaring trend we had anticipated.

Slippers have had something of a rebrand in the last year. Maybe you had a tired pair you’d throw on at the weekend. If there were ever a time to give your slippers an upgrade and treat yourself to a really great pair, it’s now. In good news, because slippers are the greatest shoe trend from now until who knows when, there are fantastic slippers everywhere you look.

Zara and Mango have created sandals in faux fur, the Ugg is having it’s deserved revival and every luxury designer from Fendi to Gucci have a shearling logo slipper made for Instagram.
