Kildare Village expands personal shopping experience to include 3 brand-new suites

Elevating the experience to a whole new level of ease and comfort, the 360° service has positioned Kildare Village to be market leaders in the personal shopping department.

Finding a spring wedding outfit or picking out a gorgeous seasonal trench coat is about to get a whole lot easier at Kildare Village who have just expanded their personal shopping experience with thanks to three brand-new personal shopping suites.

Building on the success of their existing personal shopping service, the new suites have been exclusively designed by international interior designer David Thomas who planned each one with the idea of quiet luxury in mind.

Starting his career off at Ralph Lauren, Thomas stayed there for nine years before launching his own venture, David Thomas Design, in 1998 and his creative team have designed for some of the most high-end brands in the world since then – including Manolo Blahnik’s NYC headquarters and Goyord’s Los Angeles flagship store on Rodeo Drive.

Opting for soft tones of blush, deep sea blue and terracotta in luxurious materials for soft furnishings, curtains and wallpaper, the artwork has also been specifically curated for the space and includes black and white photography, paintings and limited-edition prints. Irish artists on show range from Martina Furlong to Karen Hickey and Derval Freeman amongst others.

Other new innovations within the suites include tunable lighting technology which allows shoppers to visualise their outfits both in daylight and evening light.

A number of other services have also been added as part of the personal shopping experience including Perfect Palette colour analysis sessions and weekly Style Saturday masterclasses which must be pre-booked in advance and are a great way to celebrate birthdays or special occasions (capacity for groups of up to six people).

Deputy director of personal shopping, Clara Halpin, oversees the whole thing, working closely with internationally trained personal stylists Jess Colivet, Sinéad Kelly and Cathy O’Connor who complete the team. Experts in their field, they can help you with all manner of queries from colour profile to occasionwear advice and everything in between.

So whether you’re on the lookout for new brands to discover, need advice on how to hone your personal style or are just trying to work around your busy schedule, the team at Kildare Village are on hand to help.

Home to a unique edit of more than 100 fashion and lifestyle brands, Kildare Village offers savings of up to 60% on the recommended retail price all year round – view the full list of brands over on their website.
